Just an idea!............
As property owners in Nerja, Chris and Nicola Cooke looked to find suitable advertising means with the aim to rent their property, especially without newspaper adverts or expensive magazine classifieds.
After looking at various websites including the largest in the world, they were unable to find any which offered the top rankings over the largest search phrases together with quality and personal attention. As a result, they decided to create what they needed in a website themselves with the aid of a designer, media company and the all important specialist in the SEO (search engine optimisation) field..... and www.rentinnerja.com was launched.
RentIn Nerja quickly became the leading holiday website for the area, due to the professional approach, quality design of the website and not forgetting the all-important hard work, it was a guaranteed success. With this, RentIn Nerja is due to exceed a turnover of £750,000 in 2009/2010 with far greater expectations moving forwards due to this being accomplished in a recession!
With the success of www.rentinnerja.com an approach was made to run a similar business using the website design and concept, and with this RentIn’s very first franchise area was launched in Marbella.
In January 2009, RentIn Group Ltd was registered together with the RentIn name, and RentIn Group Ltd was formed. Shortly afterwards, after the development of the new Management System of the website was completed, Javea, Mijas and Tenerife joined our growing Team.
